Initiate Your Request
Log into your Almas account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Pack Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they remain in pristine condition during transit.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email and securely affix it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking number handy until your refund or exchange is processed.
